What we are
305 Garage Floors is a lead-generation and contractor-matching service. We are not a garage floor installer and we do not perform installation work. Participating installers are independent businesses, and they may pay us for qualified introductions.
What we collect
When you request an estimate, we collect the information you provide — name, phone, optional email, ZIP code, project details, and any photos you choose to upload — together with the page you submitted from, campaign parameters where present, and a timestamped record of the permission wording you agreed to.
How your information is shared
With your permission, your inquiry is shared with one participating installer matched to your area, so they can contact you about an estimate. We do not sell your inquiry to multiple contractors. We do not put your contact details in public URLs or analytics events. Photos you upload are stored privately and shared only with that matched installer as part of your inquiry.
What submitting a form does — and does not — authorize
Submitting a form authorizes contact about your garage-floor request by us and by the one matched installer, using the contact methods covered by the permission wording on the form. It is not unlimited permission for unrelated marketing or resale of your information.
Your choices
You may ask us to stop contact, correct your information, or delete it, by calling (786) 741-7667. Withdrawal stops future sharing; it cannot undo a disclosure already made with your permission, but we will tell the matched installer you have withdrawn where practical.
Retention & security
Inquiry records, including the permission record, are kept for business and dispute purposes and access is limited to authorized staff and the matched installer. Exact retention periods are set in the final, counsel-reviewed policy.
